Fitting and
Assembly Guide
Choose Your Config
No matter which configuration/position is chosen each day, a proper fit should ensure comfort and pistol retention. We recommend a close, but not tight, fit.

IWB & and Appendix positions are the most widely used and 1 or more straps will be needed depending on the waist measurement. Wear them entirely beneath clothing for the deepest concealment.
For underarm/shoulder rigs, more straps may be needed so either buy the full kit or add a couple extra straps depending on body measurements. We recommend either the X-Back or V-Back configurations, but countless others are possible.

Modifying LayerOne
LayerOne may be modified in several ways using a sharp scissor to cut LayerOne's material in several places. These modifications are suggested only if the holster will be worn in an IWB, Chest, Back or Thigh position, and are not recommended if LayerOne will be worn as a Shoulder Rig.
These modifications will not void the warranty, but will void the 30-day money back guarantee, so ShadowCarry recommends not making any modifications for the first 30-days of ownership.
